ESQUIRE NETWORK ANNOUNCES NEW ORIGINAL SERIES "JOYRIDE" FROM THE PRODUCERS OF HIT SERIES "CAR MATCHMAKER"

Featuring Celebrity Car Fanatics And Co-Hosts T-Pain, Brian Vickers, Mischa Barton and Oliver Trevena, "Joyride" Will Premiere November 15 At 10pm ET/PT on Esquire Network

Los Angeles, CA - October 12, 2016 - The team behind Esquire Network's popular franchise "Car Matchmaker" is bringing car-obsessed viewers the new six-episode, half-hour series "Joyride," featuring hosts: rapper T-Pain; professional racecar driver Brian Vickers; actress Mischa Barton; and actor Oliver Trevena. Each episode will feature the four celebrity auto fanatics as they hit the road in some of the most incredible new and vintage cars out there and push them to the limit with exciting and comical test, battling each other to determine once and for all the absolute best cars of all time in a variety of categories. "Joyride" will premiere on November 15 at 10pm ET/PT only on Esquire Network.

"Esquire Network's viewers have a huge appetite and passion for cars, and we are excited to partner with the crew at Critical Content again to bring this new series to air," said Matt Hanna, EVP, Original Programming, Esquire Network. "Our four dynamic and highly opinionated hosts - T-Pain, Brian, Mischa and Oliver - each have a very personal connection and life-long obsession with cars. And we know that getting them to agree on one particular automobile each episode will fuel an engaging debate that is not only very educational, but also highly entertaining."

In each episode, the celebrity hosts will go on a quest to find the best car in a range of styles and eras, from cutting edge current models to high-end classics. They will put their passionate opinions and personal driving skills to the test as they take the wheels of four beautiful, unique and aspirational cars, and ultimately choose a winner at the end of each episode. With years of knowledge and really strong viewpoints, these four hosts take car testing to new, comical heights. What better way to find the "Best British Car" than to get a "test ride" in the back-seat to see how luxurious the car really is. And you can only find the "Best 80s Car" while rocking out to a mixed tape from that hair-band era. Throughout the run of the series, viewers will not only get to know these celebrity drivers as they go through these funny and thrilling test drives, but they will also learn practical take home knowledge about all of the vehicles.

Car categories will include: Best Classic Truck, Best British Car, Best 80s Car, Best Car for a First Time Driver, Best Muscle Car of the 1960s and Best Midlife Crisis Car.
