(Albuquerque, NM) Monday, February 6, 2017 - REELZ today announced it has renewed original documentary series National Enquirer Investigates for a second season. New episodes will premiere Wednesday, April 12 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT and will kick off with the incredible story of country legend Dolly Parton's meteoric rise to fame while fighting to keep her personal life away from the spotlight. Developed in partnership with American Media, Inc. and America's most popular weekly magazine, The National Enquirer, the series gives viewers unprecedented access to The National Enquirer's secret files, featuring never-before-told stories alongside gripping insider interviews and fresh expert analysis.

New hour-long episodes of National Enquirer Investigates will reveal the real story behind Britney Spears' return to the spotlight, the rogue and rowdy lifestyle of Miley Cyrus and the tumultuous and tangled relationship between Rihanna and Chris Brown. Viewers will also see episodes about jarring new revelations and twists in the cases of Jodi Arias and Charles Manson with details about how both continue to make headlines and even money behind bars.
