AMY'S BROTHER (FOX) - Sawyer Barth has snagged a role on the comedy pilot as Zach, "Amy's son and Abby's (Ursula Parker) brother. He's an entitled, popular 15-year-old who reacts badly to his perfect life being upended." Barth replaces Sloane Morgan Siegel, who originally was cast in the role. (Deadline.com)
CHARLIE FOXTROT (ABC) - Robert Baker has been cast in the Jason Biggs-led comedy pilot as Officer O'Brien, "Taylor's nemesis who works on the base." (Deadline.com)
FLIGHTY (Freeform, New!) - Marissa Berlin has sold a single-camera comedy to the cable channel about "millennial flight attendants searching for adventure, romance and meaning in their lives." Dan Berendsen, Leslie Morgenstein and Gina Girolamo also executive produce for the Warner Horizon Television-based Alloy Entertainment. (Deadline.com)
FRESH OFF THE BOAT (ABC) - Michael Bolton will appear as himself in the show's season finale as "a possible business partner for the Huangs." (EW.com)
GOOD DOCTOR, THE (ABC) - Beau Garrett has signed onto the Freddie Highmore-led medical drama as Jessica Preston, "a hospital board member who is a friend of Dr. Glassman (Richard Schiff) and sides with him as he presents his protégé, Dr. Shaun Murphy (Highmore), to the board." (Deadline.com)
MADAM SECRETARY (CBS) - Executive producer David Grae has signed a two-year overall deal with CBS Television Studios. The pact covers his duties on the veteran drama as well as any future development. (Deadline.com)
ME, MYSELF & I (CBS) - Jaleel White has booked a role on the comedy pilot as Darryl, "middle-age Alex's (Bobby Moynihan) best friend and business partner, who offers guidance - and a cot in his garage - in the aftermath Alex's divorce." (Deadline.com)
REAL LIFE (CBS) - Kristen Johnston has signed onto the comedy pilot as Beverly: "Loud, confident and fabulous (most days), Beverly is Nora's (Rebecca Rittenhouse) boss at the L.A. office." (Deadline.com)
RED MOON (FOX) - Executive producers Meredith Lavender and Marcie Ulin have signed a two-year overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television. The pact covers their duties on said project, a drama series adaptation of Ben Percy's novel, which remains in the works at the network; and an untitled soapy drama about an elite co-ed Special Forces team, originally set up at ABC but may move to another network. REDLINERS (NBC) - Rodney To is the latest addition to the drama pilot as Buddy Nii, "the earnest, sheltered, eternally positive square Assistant Dean to Anne (Hannah Ware)." (Deadline.com)
SALVATION (NBC) - J.J. Feild and Latarsha Rose are both bound for the medical drama pilot as Peter Riley, "a love interest of Kim (Rachel Griffiths)"; and Audra, "a frontline nurse with an attitude." (Deadline.com)
START UP (ABC) - Venture capitalist Chris Sacca ("Shark Tank") will make his acting debut in the comedy pilot as himself. The project follows a guy (Zach Braff) in his mid-30s with a wife and two kids makes the crazy decision to quit his good job and dive into the brave new world of starting a business. Sacca is an actual investor in producer Gimlet Media. (Deadline.com)
SUPERGIRL (The CW) - Katie McGrath's Lena Luthor has been promoted to series regular for the show's recently ordered third season. (Deadline.com)
TRUSTEE, THE (ABC) - Berto Colon will round out of the cast of the drama pilot as Detective Martinez: "Muscle-bound, arrogant and 'not too bright,' he clashes with Detective Radley (Meaghan Rath)." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED SEAL TEAM 6 PROJECT (CBS) - David Boreanaz ("Bones") has signed onto the drama pilot as Jason, the respected, committed leader of his assault team who's been through more than a dozen deployments. He'll take over from Jim Caviezel, who parted ways with the project over creative differences. (Deadline.com)
