Amazon Original Series "Bosch" Launches Season Three on Friday, April 21

The Amazon Original Series Bosch will launch its third season exclusively on Prime Video in more than 200 countries and territories on Friday, April 21.

Amazon is also announcing the launch of Bosch skill for Alexa-enabled devices including the Amazon Echo and Echo Dot. In the Bosch skill, featuring the voices of Welliver and other cast members, customers will step into the shoes of an LAPD detective to join an interactive mystery and solve the case of a missing young woman.

In season three, based on Connelly's best-selling novels The Black Echo and A Darkness More than Night, Bosch's teenage daughter, Maddie, has come to live with him and ushered into his personal life the everyday responsibilities of being a single father. Bosch remains a tenacious cop who struggles to attain justice in an imperfect system; a system in which the guilty sometimes go free, and marginalized and forgotten victims become anonymous statistics. Now, between the murder of a homeless veteran, the slaying of another man tied to several unsolved homicides, and a high-profile murder trial involving a Hollywood director, Bosch has taken on his most formidable cases to date.

Produced by Fabrik Entertainment, a Red Arrow Entertainment Group company and based on Michael Connelly's best-selling novels, the Emmy-nominated hour-long series Bosch stars Titus Welliver (Lost) as Detective Harry Bosch, Jamie Hector (The Wire) as Jerry Edgar, Amy Aquino (Being Human) as Lt. Grace Billets, Madison Lintz (The Walking Dead) as Maddie Bosch and Lance Reddick (The Wire) as Deputy Chief Irvin Irving.

Prime members will be able to stream the series exclusively via the Amazon Prime Video app for TVs, connected devices including Fire TV, mobile devices and online at http://amazon.com/boschtv. Members can also download the series to mobile devices for offline viewing at no additional cost to their membership. Bosch season three will be a global release and available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video for members to watch via the Prime Video app for popular smart TVs, Fire TV, Fire Tablets and Android and iOS phones and tablets. The show will also be available on PrimeVideo.com for Prime Video members in more than 200 countries and territories.

Season two has an average customer rating of 4.8, with 83% 5 star reviews.
