ARROW (The CW) - Katrina Law is the latest alum set to return for the show's fifth season. She'll reprise her role as Nyssa al Ghul, joining the previously announced Manu Bennett. (EW.com)
NO PLACE SAFE (FX, New!) - Regina King ("American Crime") is set to star in a small screen take on Kim Reid's memoir at the cable channel. The project tracks the Atlanta child murders from the mid-1979 until May 1980, in which "at least 28 African American children, adolescents and young adults - mainly boys - were killed." Wendy Calhoun will pen the script with Royal Ties' Reina King and Regina King as well as John Ridley and Michael McDonald executive producing for ABC Signature Studios. (Deadline.com)
