NEW YORK, NY (June 1, 2017) - MTV today announced that the hit classic, "Cribs," and fan-favorite, "Girl Code," will launch as Shows on Snapchat.
Each episode of "Cribs" has been reimagined for Snapchat, offering viewers a sneak peek into a different room or area of their favorite artists and athletes homes. Featured on Snapchat's Discover platform, and available to viewers for 48 hours, the first episode of "Cribs" will launch on Saturday, June 3, and highlight Grammy-nominated DJ and producer, Steve Aoki. Viewers will get a private tour of Aoki's Vegas home with rare collectibles, a custom-made playroom and the deepest pool in Vegas.
On June 10, professional skateboarder Nyjah Huston will give a tour of his LA pad which includes his impressive trophy collection, dope shoe collection, and the coolest outdoor hang out spot on the west coast.
Von Miller, Denver Broncos linebacker and 2015 Superbowl MVP, will show fans his Texas-inspired Denver home on June 17. He'll also give an exclusive look into Club 58, a tricked-out basement with a fully-equipped arcade and poker tables.
The female-driven comedy series, "Girl Code," will premiere on July 27 with returning cast members including Carly Aquilino and Matteo Lane. Additional details will be announced at a later date.
"Cribs" is produced and developed by Kim Thai, directed by Nate Ford. Garth Bardsley and Nicola Darrach serve as Executive Producers. Lisa Lauricella is Executive Producer in Charge of Music Talent.
