CHICAGO MED (NBC) - Molly Bernard and Colby Lewis are both bound for the show's fourth season as Elsa Curry, "an intelligent, know-it-all, intense and overconfident med student"; and Terry McNeal, "a star football player who gave up a lucrative NHL contract to go to medical school," respectively. DIRTY JOHN (Bravo) - Kevin Zegers will recur on the first season of Bravo's true crime anthology series as Toby, Debra's (Connie Britton) nephew. (Deadline.com)
FBI (CBS) - Sela Ward has signed onto the freshman drama as Dana Mosier, the team's boss. She'll succeed Connie Nielsen's Ellen Toy, who is being written out following the pilot. (Deadline.com)
GAME OF SILENCE (NBC) - Carol Mendelsohn has signed a new overall deal with Universal Television, co-producer of the short-lived NBC drama. Mendelsohn and her Carol Mendelsohn Productions banner had been set up at Sony Pictures Television (which also co-produced the series) for the past four years. The pact calls for her and fellow principal Julie Weitz to develop new series projects for the studio. (Deadline.com)
GIRI/HAJI (Netflix) - Kelly Macdonald is set to star in the long-in-the-works drama as Sarah, "a London-based forensics lecturer and policewoman who forms an unlikely friendship with a Japanese detective searching for his brother who has become entangled with the Yakuza." Additionally, Julian Farino is set to direct the eight-part series. (Deadline.com)
PURGE, THE (USA) - Sabrina Gennarino is the latest addition to the franchise's small screen take as Madelyn, an unspecified character. (THR.com)
REAL, THE (Syndication) - Co-host Loni Love has signed an overall deal with Warner Bros. Television where she'll develop a scripted comedy series for the studio. The company's subsidiary Telepictures produces the syndicated daytime talk show. (Deadline.com)
SHADOWHUNTERS (Freeform) - Luke Baines has been tapped for the show's swan song as "the true form of Clary's (Katherine McNamara) brother." (Deadline.com)
