Eunetta T. Boone Joins Disney Channel's "Raven's Home" as Executive Producer

EUNETTA T. BOONE JOINS DISNEY CHANNEL'S 'RAVEN'S HOME' AS EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Accomplished writer/producer Eunetta T. Boone has joined Disney Channel's hit sitcom "Raven's Home" as executive producer and showrunner for its third season. She most recently was a consultant on the series, working closely with its executive producer and star Raven-Symoné. Emmy(R)-nominated writer/producer Warren Hutcherson ("Dr. Ken," "The Bernie Mac Show") also joins the creative team as co-executive producer for the series. Production for season three is underway and will premiere in 2019.

Boone's reputation as a consummate storyteller was well-earned through her roles as creator and executive producer of the comedy series "One on One" starring Kyla Pratt and its spin-off "Cuts," starring Marques Houston and Shannon Elizabeth. She also served as co-executive producer of two series simultaneously, "My Wife & Kids" starring Damon Wayans and Tisha Campbell-Martin and "The Hughleys" starring DL Hughley and Elise Neal. She was previously a co-producer on "Living Single," a supervising producer on "The Parent 'Hood," and a story editor/consultant on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air." Boone also wrote the film "Who Is Doris Payne?" and is featured in "The Life and Crimes of Doris Payne" documentary.

For the past six years, Boone has been a screenwriting instructor with an emphasis in comedy writing for The UCLA Extension Writers' Program.

Boone began her career as a sports reporter for the Baltimore Sun, the first African-American woman to cover sports in the city of Baltimore, and only the third African-American woman in the nation to cover at a major daily. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a journalism degree and received her Master of Science in journalism from Columbia University.

In its second season, "Raven's Home" is Disney Channel's #2 series in Total Viewers, Tweens 9-14 and Kids 6-14, behind only "Andi Mack." For its second season alone, "Raven's Home" has generated nearly 35.0 million views across all social and digital viewing platforms, including 18.8 million total video views on social media and 15.6 million views on VOD.

New episodes of "Raven's Home" premiere Friday evenings at 9:00 p.m. EST/PST on Disney Channel, in the DisneyNOW app and Disney Channel VOD.

"Raven's Home" stars Raven-Symoné, who reprises her role as Raven Baxter from the iconic comedy "That's So Raven" (2003-07); Issac Ryan Brown as Booker Baxter-Carter; Navia Robinson as Nia Baxter-Carter; Jason Maybaum as Levi Grayson; Sky Katz as Tess; and, reprising her "That's So Raven" role, Anneliese van der Pol as Chelsea Daniels.

The series was created by Michael Poryes and Susan Sherman, and developed by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas. "Raven's Home" is a production of It's a Laugh Productions, Inc. and carries a TV-G parental guideline.
