DIRTY THIRTY (HBO, New!) - Courtney Kemp has sold a potential drama to the pay channel "based in part on the well known tale of real-life rogue cops that operated out of the NYD's 30th Precinct in the early 1990s before a slew of corruption investigations and arrests." (Deadline.com)
HAIR LIVE! (NBC) - The Peacock has shelved its planned May 19 telecast of the live musical. "Live musicals are a part of this network's DNA and we are committed to continuing that tradition with the right show at the right time," Paul Telegdy and George Cheeks, Co-Chairmen, NBC Entertainment, said in a joint statement. "Since these shows are such enormous undertakings, we need titles that have a wide appeal and we're in the process of acquiring the rights to a couple of new shows that we're really excited about." (Deadline.com)
KATY KEENE (The CW) - Ashleigh Murray's Josie McCoy has been tapped for the "Riverdale" spin-off, which will see her singer-songwriter character chase her twenty-something dreams in New York City. (Deadline.com)
LEGION (FX) - Stephanie Corneliussen and Harry Lloyd are both bound for the show's third and newly confirmed final season, due this summer. Corneliussen will play David Haller's mother, Gabrielle, and Lloyd will play his father, Professor X. (@LegionFX)
NANA (ABC, New!) - Katey Sagal is set to star in a multi-camera comedy pilot at the Alphabet from writer Lon Zimmet, 20th Century Fox Television, ABC Studios, Goldenlight Films and Alcon Entertainment. Ted Melfi, Kimberly Quinn, Andrew Kosove, Broderick Johnson and Laura Lancaster also serve as executive producers with Sagal also receiving a co-executive producer credit. Its logline is as follows: "After the death of his wife, an obsessive, overprotective dad is forced to invite his brash and bawdy mother-in-law - Nana (Katey Sagal) - into his home to help raise the two granddaughters she barely knows."
OUR LADY, LTD (Epix) - Timothy Spall is the latest set to recur on the Ben Kingsley-led drama as Donny: "After being released from decades of incarceration, Donny chooses to spend his final years of freedom exacting revenge on the man who betrayed and imprisoned him - Pa (Kingsley)." (Deadline.com)
PASTORIZED (A.K.A. UNTITLED LESLIE ODOM, JR. PROJECT) (ABC) - The Leslie Odom Jr.-led comedy - about Omari (Odom Jr.) and Hope, who together run a modern ministry and share an even more eclectic and chaotic home life with a combined four children - has been given the green light to produce a pilot. ABC Studios is behind the project with Odom Jr., writer Saladin K. Patterson, and Simpson Street's Kerry Washington and Pilar Savone executive producing. Touré and Sarah Roberts also serve as co-executive producers. (Deadline.com)
RATCHED (Netflix) - Rosanna Arquette has been tapped for a multi-episode arc on the upcoming drama. (@mrryanmurphy)
SHOGUN (FX) - Production on the cable channel's new small screen take on James Clavell's best-selling novel has been postponed in order to "work on scripts as well as figuring out logistics for filming the 10-episode series, which the network had billed as its largest international scale production, with filming in the U.K. and Japan." (Deadline.com)
STARGIRL (DC) - Jake Austin Walker and Meg DeLacy have both been cast in the upcoming series. DeLacy will play Cindy Burman, the daughter of Dragon King, while Walker's character has not yet been revealed. (@TheDCUniverse)
UNTITLED GOOP PROJECT (Netflix, New!) - The streaming service has commissioned a half-hour docu-series from the company in which founder Gwyneth Paltrow, chief content officer Elise Loehnen and the site's editors "utilize experts, doctors, and researchers to examine issues relating to physical and spiritual wellness."
