PARADISE LOST (Paramount Network) - Elaine Hendrix, Brett Rice, Silas Weir Mitchell, Autry Haydon-Wilson and John Marshall Jones are the latest additions to the upcoming drama. They'll play the roles of Devoe Shifflet, Uncle BB, Boyd, Janus and Uncle Ronny, respectively. No other specifics were given. (Deadline.com)
PURGE, THE (USA) - Derek Luke, Max Martini, Paola Nuñez and Joel Allen have all signed onto the show's sophomore season. Luke will play Marcus Moore, "an accomplished professional with a loving wife and a beautiful house whose seemingly perfect life is shattered when an assassin breaks into his house on Purge night." Martini then is Ryan Grant, who "spends his entire year precisely preparing for a massive once-a-year Purge heist with his long-time crew"; with Nuñez will as Esme Carmona, who "has dedicated her life to spotting crimes and digitally tagging lawbreakers"; and Allen as Ben, "a clean-cut, fraternity member from a middle-class suburban family, [whose] life changes forever when he goes out on Purge night for the first time." RAY DONOVAN (Showtime) - Josh Hamilton, Kerry Condon and Louisa Krause will all recur on the upcoming season as Kevin Sullivan, "a billionaire mogul whose shady operations will have implications for Ray's business"; Molly Sullivan, "Kevin's sister and manager of the Sullivan family's high-profile businesses"; and Liberty, "an alluring healer and provider of alternative medicine who offers Terry (Eddie Marsan) a new experience to broaden his mind," respectively. RIGHT STUFF, THE (NGC) - The cable channel's astronaut drama has tapped Eric Ladin as Chris Kraft; Patrick Fischler as Bob Gilruth, "a soft-spoken rocket scientist"; Nora Zehetner as Annie Glenn, "the wife of John Glenn (Patrick J. Adams)"; Eloise Mumford as Trudy Cooper, "the wife of Gordo Cooper (Joe Dempsie)"; Shannon Lucio as Louise Shepard, "the wife of Alan Shepard (Jake McDorman)"; and Josh Cooke as Loudon Wainwright, Jr., "LIFE Magazine's star reporter, tasked with writing the biographies of all seven astronauts." STAND, THE (CBSAA) - Whoopi Goldberg, James Marsden, Greg Kinnear and Amber Heard are reportedly nearing deals to join the streaming service's 10-episode adaptation of Stephen King's famed novel. Marsden would play Stu Redman, "a military vet who is immune to the virus." (TVLine.com)
STUMPTOWN (ABC) - Director James Griffiths has signed a new two-year overall deal with producer ABC Studios. The pact will keep the helmer exclusive to the studio, where he'll also develop new series projects via his Fee Fi Fo Films banner. (Deadline.com)
