GOOD FIGHT, THE (CBSAA) - Original cast member Cush Jumbo is departing the series after four seasons. "I have had the most amazing time over the last five years working with Robert, Michelle and the crews of both The Good Wife and The Good Fight," the actress said in a statement. "I will miss them all so much, but am so excited to explore pastures new. Due to the pandemic forcing us to shut down early we weren't able to wrap up Lucca's story fully and so I hope if schedules allow I can return next season to do that."" (TVLine.com)
LUCIFER (Netflix) - Tom Ellis has formally signed a new deal to return to the series for a potential sixth season. The news spells the end of protracted negotiations between the actor, who had been seeking to renegotiate his current deal, and producer Warner Bros. Television. (TVLine.com)
POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN (Starz) - Ade Chike Torbert is slated to recur on the prequel series as "the tough and stubborn Scrappy, one of Raq's most trusted soldiers. With a street savvy as strong as his heart and loyalty to the crew, he reluctantly watches over Kanan and teaches him the inner workings of the family business." (Deadline.com)
THANKS A MILLION (Quibi) - The streaming service has commissioned a second season of the Jennifer Lopez-produced series. (Deadline.com)
VIRGIN RIVER (Netflix) - Sarah Dugdale has joined the cast of the show's upcoming second season, while Grayson Gurnsey's Ricky has been promoted to series regular. Dugdale will play Lizzie, "a powder keg of cunning, beauty and unbridled impulsivity, who blows into the small town of Virgin River like a tornado after her parents ship her off in the wake of a shoplifting bust."
