The project "will explore the wide-ranging fallout following these events and the uneven scales of justice the surviving Branch Davidians faced. It will also delve into how the horrific events fueled the emerging 'Patriot' movement, which ultimately led to the most destructive act of domestic terrorism in U.S. history - the Oklahoma City bombing." MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios are behind the project with Andrew Gettens and Lauren Mackenzie writing and executive producing alongside Shannon, the Dowdles, David C. Glasser, David Hutkin, Bob Yari and Ron Burklem. (Deadline.com)

(Deadline.com)
HISTORY OF A PLEASURE SEEKER (Hulu, New!) - Richard Mason has scored a pilot order from the streaming service for a one-hour musical drama based on his novel of the same name, "set in Amsterdam in 1907 - a tale of a charismatic young man's explosive adventures through all the temptations of the Belle Époque." Vince McMahon, Tom Rinaldi, Kevin Dunn and Chris Kaiser will also executive produce the project, which is not set up at a specific network or streamer at the company. (Deadline.com)
