SHOWTIME(R) PROGRAMMING ALERT · BUSHWICK BILL: GETO BOY, a documentary film that was previously announced as part of the SHOWTIME(R) HIP HOP 50 series, is no longer airing on Friday, April 29. · The other SHOWTIME HIP HOP 50 titles for April will premiere as scheduled: LA MADRINA: THE SAVAGE LIFE OF LORINE PADILLA (Friday, April 15) and CYPRESS HILL: INSANE IN THE BRAIN (Wednesday, April 20). · HIP HOP 50 runs over the next two years and encompasses unscripted series and features, podcasts and digital shorts by and about some of the foremost names in the genre, culminating with the 50th anniversary of the genre in 2023.
