AHEAD OF PASSOVER, NEW INSTALLMENT OF YOUTUBE'S "RECIPE FOR CHANGE" WILL FOCUS ON STANDING UP TO ANTISEMITISM AND PREMIERES APRIL 14 ON THE JUBILEE YOUTUBE CHANNEL

PRODUCED BY THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY, THE SPECIAL BRINGS TOGETHER IDINA MENZEL, ILANA GLAZER, MOSHE KASHER, SKYLAR ASTIN, HANNAH EINBINDER, TOMMY DORFMAN, JOSH PECK, HARI NEF, MICHAEL ZEGEN, BRYAN GREENBERG, JORDAN FIRSTMAN AND MORE TO CELEBRATE JEWISH CULTURE AND CUISINE

Los Angeles, CA, April 12, 2022 - YouTube and The SpringHill Company, LeBron James and Maverick Carter's media conglomerate, today announced an all new installment of the groundbreaking "Recipe for Change", an original series where celebrities, chefs, activists and creators gather around the dinner table for necessary conversations. This special, "Recipe for Change: Standing Up to Antisemitism," celebrates the culture, traditions, identities and experiences of Jewish people and premieres on Thursday, April 14 on Jason Y. Lee's Jubilee YouTube Channel.

In "Recipe for Change: Standing Up to Antisemitism" hosts Ilana Glazer, Moshe Kasher and Idina Menzel partner with esteemed chefs Nancy Silverton and Einat Admony, and culinary historian Michael Twitty to host dinner guests including Skylar Astin, Michael Ian Black, Rachel Bloom, Rabbi Sharon Brous, Tommy Dorfman, Alex Edelman, Hannah Einbinder, Jordan Firstman, Lori Gottlieb, Bryan Greenberg, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt, Hari Nef, Josh Peck, Zac Posen, Ruth Reichl, Rachel Sumekh, and Michael Zegen. Rachel Dratch also joins the special episode as an on-the-street reporter, speaking with Jewish people and allies in New York City.

The special celebrates the breadth of the Jewish experience, including food and culture, and discusses the recent and historic acts of hate and violence against the Jewish community, featuring conversations about how we can raise awareness and build allyship around Antisemitism. The most interesting and provocative conversations emerge around the dinner table as those from the Jewish community prove that when oppressed groups band together, the minority becomes a powerful majority and tiny ripples of action can create tidal waves of change.

This new installment will be the second in the series. The first "Recipe for Change: Stop Asian Hate," which was also produced by The SpringHill Company and premiered in June 2021, was YouTube's response to the reprehensible acts of violence against the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) community last year. The premiere special was a beautiful celebration of Asian culture, tradition, storytelling and allyship led by prolific leaders in the API community including Simu Liu, Michelle Kwan, Hasan Minhaj, Olivia Munn, Jay Shetty, Lisa Ling, Tina Tchen, BD Wong, Amanda Nguyen, Ross Butler and more.

LeBron James and Maverick Carter will continue to serve as executive producers on "Recipe for Change" with their media conglomerate The SpringHill Company. Showrunner Joel Relampagos will also executive produce alongside Jamal Henderson and Philip Byron of The SpringHill Company. Co-executive producers include Camille Maratchi and Courtney Whitaker also of The SpringHill Company with talent booking provided by Cultivated Entertainment led by Jen Proctor and Danny Zaccagnino and Ali Schwartz overseeing casting for YouTube Originals. Nadine Zylstra is the Global Head of YouTube Originals, with Creative Executives Laurel Stier and Lauren Vrazilek overseeing "Recipe For Change: Standing Up to Antisemitism" for YouTube Originals.
