LAND OF WOMEN (Apple TV+) - The Eva Longoria-led drama has cast Amaury Nolasco as Kevin, "the trainee hitman after Gala (Eva Longoria), and her family"; Santiago Cabrera as Amat, "who has lived in La Muga for only a couple of years"; Gloria Muñoz as Mariona, "Julia's (Carmen Maura) estranged sister"; and Victoria Bazua as Kate, "Gala's teenage daughter enjoying her freedom at boarding school far from her overbearing mom." LILYHAMMER (Netflix) - The streamer's first original series - bowing on February 6, 2012 - will exit the service in November. (IndieWire.com)
ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING (Hulu) - Jesse Williams will recur on the show's third season as a "documentarian with a particular interest in the case that Selena Gomez's Mabel Mora, Steve Martin's Charles Haden-Savage and Martin Short's Oliver Putnam are working on." (Deadline.com)
POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN (Starz) - Grantham Coleman is bound for the show's third season as Ronnie Mathis, "Unique's older brother, who was recently released from prison. UNTITLED ARKHAM ASYLUM PROJECT (HBO Max, New!) - Antonio Campos is spearheading the latest "The Batman" TV series spin-off, this time set at the famed institution. No plot specifics however were given about the project. Matt Reeves, Daniel Pipski, Adam Kassan and Dylan Clark are also executive producing for the Warner Bros. Television-based 6th & Idaho. Rafi Crohn is co-executive producing. The streamer previously nixed a Gotham PD-centered series but is proceeding with a Colin Farrell-led Penguin project. (Variety.com)
