HAVOC! (FOX, New!) - Michael Glouberman has sold an animated comedy to the network "described as the story of a brilliant, egotistical super-villain who starts from scratch in his latest attempt to take over the world, forming a ragtag team of eccentric misfits to help him on his quest. Together, they navigate the challenges of the world around them, which is far more difficult when you're working out of the basement of your one-bedroom apartment." Nancy Cartwright, Monica Gil-Rodriguez and Jaime Aymerich of CRE84U Entertainment will also executive produce for FOX Entertainment. (Deadline.com)
MURDER BY THE BOOK (NBC) - Elizabeth Yu and Hilda Martin are the latest additions to the Retta-led drama pilot: "Martin will play Young Hazel, while Yu will portray Young Maggie. Both are big murder-mystery book nerds and best friends, spending time having fun, reading and sleeping over at each other's houses. Eventually, Maggie's murder will send Hazel on her own hunt for a killer." (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED HEIDI FLEISS PROJECT (HBO Max, New!) - Maggie Cohn is spearheading a drama series based on the life of Heidi Fleiss at the streamer, who "formerly operated a prostitution ring in Los Angeles that reportedly catered to wealthy clients such as actors, sports figures, directors, business executives, and more, earning her the nickname 'The Hollywood Madam.'" Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Alex Goldstone, Bill Gerber, David Bernon, Paul Bernon and Sam Slater will also executive produce for First Love Films, Anonymous Content, Gerber Pictures and Burn Later Productions. Fleiss will serve as a consultant on the project. (Variety.com)
