FOX SPORTS ADDS HEISMAN TROPHY WINNER MARK INGRAM II TO BIG NOON KICKOFF CAST

National Champion & Three-Time NFL Pro-Bowler Joins Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Urban Meyer & Rob Stone This Fall

LOS ANGELES - FOX Sports adds another Heisman winner to its impressive lineup of on-air broadcasters, welcoming former Alabama star running back, National Champion and three-time NFL Pro-Bowler Mark Ingram II to BIG NOON KICKOFF beginning this fall.

Ingram II joins analysts Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Urban Meyer and host Rob Stone on Saturdays at 10:00 AM ET on FOX ahead of BIG NOON SATURDAY, college football's most-watched window, at 12:00 PM ET on FOX. Today's announcement was made by Brad Zager, President of Production & Operations, Executive Producer, FOX Sports.

"We couldn't be more excited to welcome Heisman Trophy-winner and BCS National Champion Mark Ingram to the FOX Sports family," said FOX Sports President of Production and Operations, Executive Producer Brad Zager. "Mark's infectious personality, outstanding playing credentials and above all passion for the game is what makes him such an invaluable asset to our team. With him on board, BIG NOON KICKOFF will continue to provide viewers with unparalleled analysis and commentary each and every Saturday."

The 2009 Heisman Trophy winner, Ingram II was an integral part of Alabama's re-emergence as a dominant power in college football, leading the team to their first SEC Title since 1999 and first National Championship since 1992.

"I'm thrilled to join FOX Sports and BIG NOON KICKOFF", said Ingram II. "I can't wait to feel the energy and excitement every Saturday, alongside some of the most talented and entertaining names in our sport, at the biggest games in college football - I'm ready for the Fall!"

One of college football's most electrifying personalities, Ingram II starred for the Crimson Tide over his three-year career. As a sophomore, he rushed for 1,658 yards and 15 touchdowns and caught 30 passes for 322 yards and three scores. Ingram II would go on to win the Heisman Trophy, the first running back to do so since Ron Dayne in 1999. At the time he was nine days shy of his twentieth birthday, making him the youngest player to win the Heisman. Ingram II would later receive MVP honors in the BCS title game as Alabama beat Texas to win its 13th national title.

A first-round pick to the Saints in 2011, Ingram II enjoyed a 12-season NFL career, totaling 8,111 rushing yards, 2,125 yards receiving, and 75 total touchdowns. Ingram would be named to three Pro Bowls and is the Saints all-time leader in rushing yardage and touchdowns.

Ingram II, a native of Flint, MI, currently lives in Florida with his wife Chelsea and their five children.
