Casting had reportedly been underway with Bethlehem Million, Suzy Nakamura and Chi McBride among those signed on. Ponzio is Lucy Wargo, "a new District Attorney who's just come to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. By-the-book, officious, Lucy is extremely ambitious and driven, but hides those qualities behind an icy determination to do the right thing." And Hebron is Adrian Hunter: "An NFL player and the late JT's mentee, he assists Jax in going through his mentor's memorabilia and affixing price tags to items." (Deadline.com, 7/3)
UMBRELLA ACADEMY, THE (Netflix) - Co-creator Steve Blackman is the focus of allegations by 12 former writers and support staffers on the show of "fostering a hostile workplace" while serving as showrunner. Blackman denies the claims while producer UCP gave no comment. (RollingStone.com, 6/30)
