With its fourth consecutive weekly win in adults 18-49, CBS has moved into a first place tie with ABC season-to-date in the key demographic, while also notching its seventh consecutive win in viewers (the first network to win the first seven weeks of a season since 1988) and fifth straight victory in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen ratings for the week ending Nov. 6, week seven of the 2005-2006 season

The week included another record audience for NCIS, Wednesday ratings highs for CRIMINAL MINDS and GHOST WHISPERER's largest ratings of the season.

For the week in viewers, CBS (13.38m) topped ABC (10.55m), NBC (9.52m) and FOX (7.22m). Season to date, CBS (12.96m) leads ABC (10.76m), NBC (9.40m) and FOX (8.89m).

For the week in households, CBS (8.7/14) enjoyed a +26% advantage over ABC (6.9/11), +34% over NBC (6.5/10) and +93% over FOX (4.5/07). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (8.4/14), outpacing ABC by +20% (7.0/11), NBC by +33% (6.3/10) and FOX by +47% (5.7/09).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (5.2/13) for the fifth consecutive week and first in adults 18-49 (4.1/11) for the fourth week in a row. Compared to the same week last year, CBS was up +2% in households, +6% in adults 25-54 and even in adults 18-49.

Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (4.0/11, with ABC).

� NCIS was first in households (11.3/17), viewers (18.08m), adults 25-54 (5.9/14) and adults 18-49 (4.2/11) for the 7th consecutive week. This is the most watched episode ever for the third straight week and the fourth time in five weeks. This matches the second best adults 25-54 performance. NCIS is the night's Number One program in households and viewers.

� CRIMINAL MINDS was first in households (10.4/16), viewers (16.22m), adults 25-54 (6.2/14) and adults 18-49 (4.8/12). CRIMINAL MINDS hit Wednesday series highs in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. This is CBS's best Wednesday 9PM delivery in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with regularly scheduled programming since 2/26/03 ("60 Minutes II" when Dan Rather interviewed Saddam Hussein). ?

� CSI: NY was first in households (10.6/18), viewers (15.70m), adults 25-54 (6.4/16) and adults 18-49 (5.4/15). CSI: NY easily topped a first-run "Law & Order" by +25% in viewers (vs. 12.57m), +32% in adults 18-49 (vs. 4.1/11) and +28% in adults 25-54 (vs. 5.0/12). This is CSI: NY's best delivery in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since March 23, 2005. ?

� SURVIVOR: GUATEMALA won its time period in households (10.9/17), viewers (18.28m), adults 25-54 (8.1/19), adults 18-49 (6.6/17) and adults 18-34 (4.4/13). SURVIVOR: GUATEMALA hit series highs in adults 25-54 and posted its best delivery in households, viewers and adults 18-49 since the first episode this season (9/15/05). ?

� CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (17.9/27), viewers (28.73m), adults 25-54 (12.1/26), adults 18-49 (9.9/24) and adults 18-34 (7.1/19). CSI beat ABC, NBC and FOX combined in viewers (vs. 23.07m, +25%), adults 25-54 (vs. 10.7/23, +13%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 9.7/23, +2%). ?

� WITHOUT A TRACE won its time period in households (13.3/22), viewers (20.44m) adults 25-54 (7.9/19) and adults 18-49 (6.4/17). WITHOUT A TRACE beat "ER" by +36% in households (vs. 9.8/16), +3% in adults 18-49 (vs. 6.2/16), +8% in adults 25-54 (vs. 7.3/17) and +43% in viewers (vs. 14.29m).

� GHOST WHISPERER won its time period in households (8.2/14), viewers (12.79m), adults 25-54 (4.9/14), adults 18-49 (3.6/12) and adults 18-34 (1.9/08). This is the time period's best delivery in households since 10/3/03 (the second episode of "Joan of Arcadia") in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 9/26/03 (the series premiere of "Joan of Arcadia") and best adults 18-34 delivery since 9/24/04 (the season 2 premiere of "Joan of Arcadia"). GHOST WHISPERER was the Number One program of the night in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. ?

� THRESHOLD won its time period in adults 25-54 (3.3/09), adults 18-49 (2.5/08), tied for first in adults 18-34 (1.6/06, with both ABC and UPN), second in households (5.2/09) and viewers (8.05m, -0.07m behind NBC). ?

� NUMB3RS was first for the seventh consecutive week in households (7.3/13), viewers (11.13m), adults 25-54 (4.2/11) and first for the sixth time in seven weeks in adults 18-49 (3.2/10). ?

� CBS SUNDAY MOVIE "Category 7: The End of the World" part 1 of 2 (9:10-11:10PM) scored a 9.1/14 with 14.32m viewers, 6.2/13 in adults 25-54 and 4.9/11 in adults 18-49. From 9:00-11:00PM, the CBS SUNDAY MOVIE was second in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. This is the CBS SUNDAY MOVIE's best delivery in households and viewers since 5/1/05 ("Riding on the Bus with My Sister") and in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 11/14/04 ("Category 6: Day of Destruction" part 1 of 2).
