NEW YORK, NY, June 8, 2006 � Tuesday night�s premiere of The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency (at 10pm/9c) delivered a 0.61 household rating and a 0.83 rating among women 18-24 � making it Oxygen�s highest rated series premiere ever among both demos, as well as women 18-49. The two airings of Janice on Tuesday night (at 9p and 11p) delivered a combined 1.1 household rating. Overall, Oxygen�s Janice Dickinson premiere and encore (10p-12a) was viewed by 2.1 million unduplicated Households and 2.5 million total viewers (P2+). Janice also found a huge audience on the web for its premiere, with traffic for oxygen.com doubling on Tuesday. Additionally, the premiere averaged a 0.55 among women 18-49, and a 0.68 among women 18-34, also Oxygen�s highest ratings among those demos for a series premiere. The premiere also built on its lead-in, the movie Two Weeks Notice, starring Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock by +45% among households and +20% among women 18-49.

� An average of 412,000 Households tuned in to Janice from 10pm-11pm, with an average of 226,000 of Women 18-49.

� Among total viewers (P2+), an average of 468,000 tuned in for the premiere.

� The HH rating for the premiere increased +111% versus the 2Q06 time period average, while the W18-49 rating was up +224%.

� The W18-24 rating for the premiere was up +337% versus the 2Q06 time period average, while W18-34 was up +278%.

� The median age (based on P2+) for the premiere of Janice Dickinson was 36.9 years � versus a typical 47.6 for the time period for 2Q06.
