Cable Ratings Round-Up (Week of February 19-25): Usa, Lifetime, VH1 Land in Top 15

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- USA's mainstays - "WWE Raw" (10:00/9:00c, 5.2 million, #T2), "WWE Raw" (9:00/8:00c, 5.2 million, #T2), "Monk" (4.7 million, #4) and "Psych" (3.7 million, #T8) - once again dominated cable ratings last week.
Also getting happy news: E!'s red carpet coverage of the Oscars (3.8 million, #6), Lifetime's "Carolina Moon" (3.7 million, #T8) - the network's final Nora Roberts adaptation - and VH1's "I Love New York" (3.4 million, #14).
On the flip side, not so lucky were Sci Fi's Sunday originals "The Dresden Files" (1.12 household rating, 736,000 adults 18-49) and "Battlestar Galactica" (1.15 household rating, 1,029,000 adults 18-49), both of which once again hit series lows among households against ABC's Oscar broadcast.
