A "KING" AND A "SHARK" PACE CBS TO A WEEKLY WIN IN VIEWERS

"The King of Queens" Returns with a Time Period Win in Viewers and Key Demos with its Best Viewer Delivery in Four Years and Highest Adult 18-49 Rating Since 2004

"Shark" Tops "ER" in Adults 18-49 For the First Time Ever and Increases its Margin of Victory Over the Veteran Medical Drama in Viewers and Adults 25-54

"CSI" is the Week's Top Scripted Program

"Survivor: Fiji" Wins its Time Period in Viewers and Demos

CBS placed first in viewers for the fourth consecutive week and second in key demographics for the seventh straight week paced by the return of THE KING OF QUEENS as it nears its series finale and SHARK's first ever win over a first-run "ER" in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for the week ending April 15, week 30 of the 2006-2007 television season.

For the week in viewers, CBS (11.29m) topped FOX (10.33m), ABC (9.31m) and NBC (6.81m). Season-to-date in viewers, CBS (12.70m) is first, followed by FOX (10.23m), ABC (9.80m) and NBC (9.19m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (4.0/10) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.1/09, with ABC). Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.8/12) and second in adults 18-49 (3.8/10, -0.2 behind FOX).

For the week in households, CBS (7.3/120 was +18% ahead of FOX (6.2/10), +20% ahead of ABC (6.1/10) and +62% ahead of NBC (4.5/08). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (8.0/13), ahead of ABC and FOX by +27% (6.3/10, each) and NBC by +36% (5.9/10).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? THE KING OF QUEENS (P) returned in first place in households (8.6/13), viewers (13.41m), adults 25-54 (5.7/13) and adults 18-49 (4.6/11). THE KING OF QUEENS built on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +2% in both households and adults 18-49. THE KING OF QUEENS posted the best viewer delivery since Nov. 26, 2003 and the highest ratings in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since Dec. 1, 2004.

? SHARK (10:01-11:00PM) was first in households (9.4/16), viewers (14.49m), adults 25-54 (5.0/13) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11). SHARK has won its time period 10 times in the last 11 airings in both households and viewers and for the last five broadcasts in a row in both adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

--This marks the first time an original episode of SHARK topped a first run episode of "ER" in adults 18-49 (3.9/11 vs. 3.7/10, +0.2 rtg pt) while posting its largest margins of victory in households (9.4/16 vs. 6.4/11, +3.0 rtg pts), viewers (14.49m vs. 9.24m, +5.25m) and adults 25-54 (5.0/13 vs. 4.2/11, +0.8 rtg pt).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (13.5/21), viewers (22.18m), adults 25-54 (8.6/21) and adults 18-49 (6.7/17). CSI is the week's top scripted program in viewers.

? SURVIVOR: FIJI was first in households (8.4/14), viewers (14.25m), adults 25-54 (5.6/15) and adults 18-49 (4.5/13). SURVIVOR: FIJI topped "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" by +40% in households (vs. 6.0/10), +56% in adults 25-54 (vs. 3.6/10), +29% in adults 18-49 (vs. 3.5/10) and by +4.07m viewers (vs. 10.18m, +40%). This is SURVIVOR's best households and viewers delivery since 3/1/07.

? WITHOUT A TRACE was first in households (9.1/15), viewers (14.31m), second in adults 25-54 (4.7/11) and adults 18-49 (3.5/09).
