USA COMPLETES LANDMARK SWEEP OF 2nd QUARTER

USA'S Best Year-To-Date Performance on Record

NEW YORK � July 3, 2007 - USA was the #1 network in 2Q07 among households (2.05 rating), total viewers (2.6 million), and all key demos: P25-54 (1.2 million), P18-49 (1.2 million) and P18-34 (560,000). 2Q07 was USA's best second quarter ever, delivering more P25-54, P18-49 and P18-34 than in any prior Q2 on record. This is also the first time since 2000 that USA has taken the #1 position with P25-54 and P18-49 in 2Q. USA has delivered more P25-54 and P18-49 in the first six months of this year than in the first half of any prior year**.

USA was #1 among P25-54 on four of the seven nights of each week in 2Q07. USA was #1 on Monday with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, on Thursday with USA television event THE STARTER WIFE and new original series BURN NOTICE, on Friday with acquired movie titles including premieres of NATIONAL TREASURE, SWEET HOME ALABAMA, and THE PACIFIER, and on Saturday with acquired movies as well as LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.

WWE RAW and THE STARTER WIFE were the top series in 2Q07, delivering more P25-54 (2.36 million and 2.23 million, respectively) and P18-49 (2.61 million and 2.26 million) than any other series. (Series defined as programs with 5+ telecasts, including premieres and repeats)

WWE RAW continues to prove a success for USA Network, retaining the title of #1 series on cable among households, total viewers, and all key demos: P25-54, P18-49 and P18-34

THE STARTER WIFE was the top program on Thursday nights in 2Q07, even delivering more P25-54 than the NBA Playoffs. This television event was the top telecast in basic cable prime every night it aired except for the night USA premiered the new original series, BURN NOTICE.

Since the season premieres of THE 4400 and THE DEAD ZONE, USA has been the top network airing scripted originals in basic cable prime.
