NBC Easily Wins Night Dominating Competition; SNF Beats Housewives by 41%

SNF Eagles-Patriots 15.6 Overnight Rating Best for NFL's Premier Primetime Game Since Nov. '05 and up 44% Over Last Year

NEW YORK � Nov. 26, 2007 � "NBC Sunday Night Football" earned a 15.6 overnight rating and 24 share (8:30-11:30 p.m. ET), the best in Sunday Night Football history, the best on the NFL's premier primetime package since Nov. 28, 2005 (15.8/24 for Steelers-Colts on ABC's Monday Night Football), and a 44% jump over last season's Colts-Eagles game (10.8/16 on Nov. 26, 2006). The broadcast, which featured the undefeated New England Patriots 31-28 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, easily won the night and finished 41% higher than ABC's Desperate Housewives from 9-10 p.m. ET (15.5 to 11.0).

The rating peaked at a 17.3 from 11-11:30 p.m. ET during the fourth quarter.
