NEW YORK, NEW YORK � June 2, 2009 � May 2009 was USA's best May ever among P25-54 (1.32 million, +11% over May 2008), P18-49 (1.24 million, +3%), P18-34 (558,000), total viewers (2.86 million, +12% over May 2008,) and households (2.17 million, +14% over May 2008). This is the ninth straight "best ever" month for the network (starting in September 2008) in each of these measurements

USA continues to out-perform The CW during the broadcast season, delivering more P18-49 (+7%), P25-54 (+28%), and total viewers (+43%) in May.

USA registered victories over Broadcast in 58 primetime (M-Su 8P-11P) hours this month, with episodes of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, hit movies, and episodes of the top acquired series on cable: HOUSE and NCIS.

15 of the top 25 P25-54 entertainment telecasts in May were on USA, including every new episode of USA Original IN PLAIN SIGHT and WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW to run in May, and new USA Original episodes of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT. USA also held 11 of the top 25 P18-49 entertainment telecasts. No other network placed more than five telecasts in this top tier for either demo.

� The top scripted originals in May were USA's IN PLAIN SIGHT and LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT, ranking at #1 and #2, respectively, among P25-54 (IPS, 2.23 million / CI, 1.79 million), P18-49 (1.89 million / 1.49 million), total viewers (4.47 million / 3.76 million), and households (3.37 million / 2.83 million). Among P18-34, IN PLAIN SIGHT was the month's top scripted original with 653,000 of these viewers.

� Every May telecast of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW appeared in May's top 25 telecasts, leading USA to deliver more M18-34 than any broadcaster but Fox in RAW's regular timeslot (Mon 9-11P) and out-performing ABC among M18-49 and M25-54 in May.

� NCIS and HOUSE continue to be the top acquired series on cable, ranking at #1 and #2, respectively, among P25-54 (NCIS, 1.37 million / HOUSE, 1.05 million), total viewers (3.24 million / 2.25 million), and households (2.52 million / 1.75 million). NCIS was also the top acquired series among P18-49 (1.13 million). These were the only acquired series to average over 1 million in P25-54, 2 million total viewers, or 2 million households in May's basic cable prime.
