CBS Has Six of the Top 10 Programs

"How I Met Your Mother" Hits Season-High Adult 18-49 Rating

"'NCIS: Los Angeles" Notches Highest Adult 18-49 Rating Since Season Premiere

CBS Wins 9th Straight November Sweep in Viewers; Places First in Adults 25-54 and Second in Adults 18-49

CBS placed first during Thanksgiving week in viewers and adults 25-54, a week that included the largest audience ever for THE BIG BANG THEORY, a season high in adults 18-49 for HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and the highest adult 18-49 rating since its season premiere for NCIS: LOS ANGELES, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Nov. 29, week 10 of the 2009-2010 television season.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.45m), ABC (9.12m), FOX (7.10m) and NBC (6.87m).

For the week in households: CBS (6.4/11), ABC (5.6/10), NBC and FOX (4.1/07, each).

For the week in key demographics was CBS was first in adults 25-54 (3.3/08) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.5/07, with NBC, -0.1 behind FOX).

In the November sweep (based on live plus same day), CBS placed first in viewers (11.31m) for the ninth consecutive year, first in adults 25-54 (3.7/09, tie FOX) for the seventh consecutive year and second in adults 18-49 (2.9/08, tie ABC).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.2/08, 8.75m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.7/10) and adults 18-34 (3.5/10). Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +2% in households (from 5.1/08), +5% in adults 25-54 (4.0/10 from 3.8/09), +9% in both adults 18-49 (from 3.4/09) and adults 18-34 (from 3.2/09) and added +590,000 viewers (from 8.16m, +7%). This was HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER's best delivery in adults 18-49 this season and matches the season high adults 18-34 performance.

? ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE was up +16% in adults 25-54 (3.7/08 from 3.2/07), +14% in adults 18-49 (3.2/08 from 2.8/07), +18% in adults 18-34 (2.6/07 from 2.2/06), even in households (4.7/07) and added +620,000 viewers (from 7.28m, +9%) compared to last week.

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 18-49 (4.7/12), adults 18-34 (3.5/10) and second in households (8.3/12), viewers (13.88m) and adults 25-54 (5.8/13). TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +3% in adults 18-34 (from 3.4/09), even in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +190,000 viewers (from 13.69m, +1%) compared to last week.

? THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (8.4/13), viewers (14.13m), adults 25-54 (6.1/14), adults 18-49 (5.2/13) and adults 18-34 (3.9/11). THE BIG BANG THEORY improved on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +1% in households, +5% in adults 25-54, +11% in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and added +250,000 viewers (+2%). Compared to last week, THE BIG BANG THEORY was +6% in households (from 7.9/12), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 5.9/13), +4% in adults 18-49 (from 5.0/12), down -3% in adults 18-34 (from 4.0/11) and added +900,000 viewers (from 13.23m, +7%). This was the best viewer delivery ever for THE BIG BANG THEORY.

? NCIS won its time slot in households (12.3/20), viewers (20.35m), adults 25-54 (5.9/15), adults 18-49 (4.4/13) and adults 18-34 (3.0/10). NCIS was up +4% in adults 25-54 (from 5.7/14), +7% in both adults 18-49 (from 4.1/11) and adults 18-34 (from 2.8/08), even in both households and viewers compared to last week.

? NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in adults 25-54 (5.5/13), adults 18-49 (4.3/11), adults 18-34 (3.2/10), second in both households (10.4/16) and viewers (17.22m). Compared to last week, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +12% in households (from 9.3/14), +20% in adults 25-54 (from 4.6/11), +26% in adults 18-49 (from 3.4/09), +33% in adults 18-34 (from 2.4/07) and added +2.35m viewers (from 14.87m, +16%). This was NCIS: LOS ANGELES's best delivery to date in adults 18-34, in both households and viewers since September 29, 2009, in adults 25-54 since October 20, 2009 and in adults 18-49 since September 22, 2009 (the series premiere).

? CRIMINAL MINDS was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (13.61m), adults 25-54 (4.2/11) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09).

? CSI: NY was first in households (7.9/15), viewers (12.68m), adults 25-54 (3.8/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09). CSI: NY beat the competition combined in households (vs. 5.6/10, +41%), viewers (vs. 8.69m, +46%), adults 25-54 (vs. 3.3/09, +15%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 2.7/08, +4%).

? SURVIVOR: SAMOA THANKSGIVING SPECIAL (S) won its time period in households (5.3/11), viewers (9.94m), adults 25-54 (3.6/11), adults 18-49 (3.1/10) and adults 18-34 (2.0/08). SURVIVOR SAMOA SPECIAL was the night's #1 program in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
