CBS WINS A MASTERFUL SUNDAY

The Season Finale of "Undercover Boss" is the Night's #1 Program in Adults 18-49

"The Amazing Race" Sprints to a Time Period Victory

CBS won its fifth consecutive Sunday in viewers and key demographics led by the season finale of UNDERCOVER BOSS, the night's top program in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 11.

Editor's Note: Due to the late-running Masters golf coverage, CBS's ratings are tentative and subject to change. The Masters ran about 11 minutes into primetime.

60 MINUTES was first in households (9.8/18), viewers (15.35m), adults 25-54 (4.1/13) and adults 18-49 (3.1/11) from 7:00-8:00 PM. Note: There is approximately 11 minutes of Masters coverage in the 60 MINUTES average.

THE AMAZING RACE 16 was first in households (7.2/12), viewers (12.21m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.3/10) from 8:00-9:00 PM. Note: There is approximately 11 minutes of 60 MINUTES coverage in THE AMAZING RACE average.

The season finale of UNDERCOVER BOSS was first in households (8.3/13), viewers (14.12m), adults 25-54 (5.2/12) and adults 18-49 (4.0/11)from 9:00-10:00 PM. Note: There is approximately 11 minutes of THE AMAZING RACE coverage in the UNDERCOVER BOSS average.

COLD CASE was first in households (6.6/11) and viewers (10.66m); it was tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.5/09, with NBC) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.6/07, with ABC) from 10:00-11:00 PM. Note: There is approximately 11 minutes of UNDERCOVER BOSS in the COLD CASE average.

For the night, CBS was first in households (8.0/14), viewers (13.09m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.3/08). CBS swept these measures for the fifth consecutive Sunday.
