NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 24 - 30, 2010

FOX SCORES ANOTHER WEEKLY WIN

FOX achieved a dominant win last week, beating the next highest-rated competitor by +83% among Adults 18-49 and +21% among Total Viewers.

On a competitive Tuesday night of season finales FOX secured the No. 1 and No. 2 programs of the night with AMERICAN IDOL and GLEE and won the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos.

· The Top 2 finalists on AMERICAN IDOL posted a 6.7/20 among Adults 18-49, matching the previous week's delivery among Adults 18-49, and outperforming the previous week by +29% in Teens and +7% in Total Viewers.

· Airing against the first hour of ABC's Dancing With The Stars finale and the second hour of NBC's Biggest Loser finale, GLEE delivered a 4.8/13 among Adults 18-49, identical to the previous week in Adults 18-49, while up +6% among Adults 18-34 and +26% in Teens. In fact, GLEE posted its highest ratings ever with Teens.

· GLEE won its hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens, Women 18-49/18-34 and all key male demos. In head to head competition in the 9p hour, GLEE outperformed the first hour of ABC's Dancing With The Stars finale by +37% among Adults 18-49 and the second hour of NBC's Biggest Loser finale by +9%.

On Wednesday, the season finale of AMERICAN IDOL (8-10:07p) revealed Lee DeWyze as the winner and posted an 8.2/24 rating among Adults 18-49 with 24.2 Mil Total Viewers.

· FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos. In fact, FOX outperformed the combined 4-network competition (ABC, CBS, NBC, CW) for the night by +44% among Adults 18-49, +35% among Adults 18-34, +39% among Teens and +23% in Total Viewers.

· Overall this season (Most Current ratings vs. comparable Most Current), AMERICAN IDOL showed 90% retention among Adults 18-49 and 91% in Total Viewers.

Sunday's NASCAR RACE: COCA-COLA 600 drew a 1.9/8 among Adults 18-49 and 6.5 million Total Viewers, leading FOX to a win among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, and most key demos.

0910 Broadcast Season

FOX won the broadcast season for the sixth consecutive year with a 3.7/10 among Adults 18-49, beating CBS by +16% (vs. 3.2/9) and +37% over ABC and NBC (vs. 2.7/7). Compared to the 08/09 broadcast season (9/22/08-5/20/09), FOX is even among Adults 18-49 (3.7/10 vs. 3.7/10) and up +1% among Total Viewers (10.0 vs. 9.9 Mil). Among Adults 18-49: CBS and The CW are even and ABC (-7%) and NBC (-4%) are down.
