NEW YORK, NEW YORK - June 2, 2010 - USA was the #1 network in cable prime in May, delivering more total viewers (3.03 million) and households (2.32 million) than any other cable network, including NBA playoff-driven TNT, which USA beat by +4% in total viewers and +6% in households. No other cable network averaged over 3 million total viewers in May 2010. USA earned a household coverage rating of 2.33 this month, the best in basic cable prime (+0.14 over #2 TNT).

USA was home to half of the top ten P25-54 and P18-49 entertainment telecasts in May's basic cable prime. 14 USA telecasts appeared in the month's top 40 P25-54 telecasts, more than any other network, including USA Originals LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT and IN PLAIN SIGHT, and WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW.

· IN PLAIN SIGHT was May's most watched original drama, drawing more total viewers (3.80 million) and households (2.91 million) than any other. It was also the top original program in its Wednesday 10P timeslot in May for P25-54 (1.60 million), as well. LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT delivered more total viewers (3.12 million) and households (2.43 million) than any other original drama in its Tuesday 10P time period.

· Every telecast of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW appeared in the month's top 30 entertainment telecasts among P25-54, P18-49 and total viewers. RAW delivered more P18-34 than the final new episodes of �Law & Order.�

· USA was home to the two most popular acquired series on cable this month with NCIS and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT placing 1st and 2nd, respectively, among P25-54 (1.15 million NCIS / 1.03 million SVU), total viewers (3.28 million/2.64 million) and households (2.50 million / 2.11 million). These were the only acquired series in cable's primetime to average over 1 million P25-54, 2.5 million total viewers or 2 million households. LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT was the top acquired series in prime among P18-49 with 1.02 million of these viewers while NCIS was the 2nd most watched acquired drama with 948,000 P18-49
