E! SCORES HIGHEST-RATED AND MOST-WATCHED MONTH EVER AMONG W18-49 IN FEBRUARY 2011

Network Performance:

Fueled by reality hits, topical programming and record-breaking red carpet coverage, February 2011 marks E!'s highest-rated and most-watched month ever among Women 18-49.

Additionally, this month is E!'s highest-rated February in the network's history with Households (.38), Women 18-34 (.49) and Women 18-49 (.37).

These record February highs placed E! in the Top 5 highest-rated networks with Women 18-34, Top 10 highest-rated networks with Women 18-49, Top 15 highest-rated network with Adults 18-34 and Top 20 highest-rated networks with Adults 18-49 against all ad-supported cable for the month.

Reality hits...

This season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York on Sundays from 10pm-10:30pm has scored some of the series' best ratings to date, currently averaging a 1.77 Household rating and over 2.3 million Total Viewers in its premieres, more than tripling the network's Primetime delivery with both measures.

Currently in its sophomore season, Holly's World on Sundays from 10:30pm-11pm has also garnered record highs for the series, currently drawing in a 1.30 Household rating and attracting nearly 1.7 million Total Viewers in its premieres, more than doubling the network's Primetime norm.

Entertainment news...

Chelsea Lately at 11pm continued its reign this month with Women 18-34, ranking as the highest-rated and most-watched late night talk show with the demo as it out-performed shows including The Tonight Show, The Late Show w/ Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan, Jimmy Fallon, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report and Lopez Tonight. Chelsea Lately continues to draw appointment viewing numbers, attracting nearly 1 million Total Viewers in its premieres.

Coming off a record high last month, E! News turned in its 2nd highest-rated (.62 HHLD) and 2nd most-watched month ever, averaging approximately 725,000 Total Viewers as it exceeded the year ago time period by +15% with both measures.

The Soup hosted by Joel McHale on Fridays from 10pm-10:30pm remains a destination for coveted viewers, ranking as the highest-rated and most-watched show with Women 18-34 in its time-slot against all ad-supported cable networks. The Soup averages a large audience of approximately 1.1 million Total Viewers in its premieres, exceeding E!'s Primetime delivery by over +60%.

Fashion Police hosted by Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos on Fridays at 10:30pm is gaining more and more momentum since its debut last Fall, reaching a series best among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49 this month. The show is averaging nearly 800,000 Total Viewers in its premieres, posting double digit gains over E!'s Primetime delivery.

Additionally, Fashion Police's red carpet premieres achieved some of the show's best ratings this month as Fashion Police: The 2011 SAG Awards posting its highest-rated (.94 HHLD) and most-watched FP: SAG Awards (1.1 million Total Viewers) and Fashion Police: The 2011 Grammy Awards garnered its highest-rated (1.01 HHLD) and most-watched Fashion Police: Grammys ever (1.2 million Total Viewers).

Red carpet coverage...

With the conclusion of the Academy Awards on Sunday, E!'s Live from the Red Carpet garnered its most-watched season in the network's history, averaging over 2.2 million Total Viewers across the five major award shows, performing +13% ahead of last year's red carpet season. This also ranks as E!'s highest-rated LRC season with the coveted Women 18-34 demo (1.66 rtg.).

E!'s most recent LRC coverage boasted record highs as LRC: The 2011 Grammy Awards scored the network's highest-rated (2.11 HHLD) and most-watched LRC: Grammys ever (2.9 million Total Viewers) and LRC: The 2011 Academy Awards garnered the most-watched LRC in the network's history (3.9 million Total Viewers) while also placing as one of E!'s Top 10 most-watched telecasts ever.

The recently acquired Sex and the City has made E! a destination during its Monday through Friday 8pm-9pm strip thanks to its strong female appeal, nearly doubling the year ago benchmark among both W18-34 and W18-49 while increasing the time period's Total Viewers by over +25% (600,000).
