PAWN STARS AMERICAN PICKERS ONLY IN AMERICA WITH LARRY THE CABLE GUY TOP SHOT AX MEN LEAD THE CHARGE IN FIRST QUARTER 2011

NEW YORK, March 29, 2011 - Continuing its phenomenal ratings success - HISTORY secured its best quarter ever in all key demos in 1st Quarter 2011. Leading the charge were the network's new and returning hit series, including the launch of Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy; season 4 of Ax Men; season 2 of Top Shot; as well as new premieres of Pawn Stars and American Pickers.

HISTORY's 1st Quarter 2011 average vs. 1st Quarter 2010:

Total Viewers: 1.9 million vs. 1.4 million up +36%

Adults 25-54: 920,000 vs. 747,000 up +23%

Adults 18-49: 842,000 vs. 681,000 up +24%

Men 25-54: 600,000 vs. 501,000 up +20%

Men 18-49: 548,000 vs. 456,000 up +20%

Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy garnered 1.4 million Adults 25-54, 1.3 million Adults 18-49 and 2.9 million total viewers - lifting HISTORY to #1 in the Tuesday 9-10pm time period. Only in America is the most watched new non-fiction series on cable of 2011.

Ax Men is having its best year yet averaging 1.6 million Adults 25-54, 1.5 million Adults 18-49 and 2.8 million total viewers.

Season 2 of Top Shot has delivered 1.2 million Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49 and 2.3 million total viewers thus far. Up 9%, 20% and 21% respectively vs. season 1.

Pawn Stars is the #1 series on cable for the quarter among A25-54 with 3.5 million impressions.

American Pickers is averaging 2.8 million Adults 25-54 making it the #3 series in all of cable for the quarter.

In addition, for the month of March HISTORY ranked #2 among Adults 25-54 - the network's best competitive primetime monthly ranking ever.
