MTV's "Jersey Shore" Continues to Dominate Thursday Night, Ranking as the Number One Show Across All Television Among Total Viewers and P12-34
MTV spins the numbers for Thursday, August 11.

Santa Monica, CA (August 12, 2011) - MTV's "Jersey Shore" continued its "Jerzday" night ratings takeover with 7.4 million total viewers tuning into last night's episode, more than any other television program on Thursday night. "Jersey Shore" was also the night's number one show among P12-34. MTV is a division of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B).

Additional highlights from the August 11 "Jersey Shore" broadcast are:

· Last night's second episode of the season earned a 7.1 rating for P12-34.

· "Jersey Shore" now holds the top 15 non-sports slots among all cable telecasts this year with P12-34.

Tune in next Thursday, August 18 for another all new episode.
