CBS HAS RATINGS FEAST ON THANKSGIVING WEEK

Network Wins in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54 for the Second Consecutive Week and Third Time in Last Four

CBS is Only Network to Post Year-to-Year Growth

After Monday and Tuesday Originals, Viewers Come Back For Tasty Second Helpings of the Network's Scripted Programs

In a holiday week that included primarily CBS rebroadcasts and holiday specials, the Network was first in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for the second consecutive week and the only network to post year-to-year growth, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Nov. 27.

CBS was first in viewers (9.76m), adults 18-49 (2.5/07) and adults 25-54 (3.2/08) Compared to the same week last year, CBS was up +1% in viewers, +10% in adults 25-54 and +19% in adults 18-49.

Season-to-date, CBS is up +2% in both viewers and adults 25-54 and +6% in adults 18-49. CBS is first in all these measures.

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (9.6/14), viewers (15.82m), adults 25-54 (6.4/14), adults 18-49 (5.2/13) and adults 18-34 (3.9/11). TWO AND A HALF MEN posted its largest audience since October 10, 2011.

? MIKE & MOLLY was first in households (8.0/12), viewers (13.05m), adults 25-54 (5.3/12), adults 18-49 (4.2/10) and adults 18-34 (2.8/08). MIKE & MOLLY posted its largest audience since October 3, 2011.

ELF ON THE SHELF: AN ELF'S STORY (S) was first in viewers (4.18m), children 2-11 (2.2/07), children 6-11 (2.1/07), tied for first in adults 25-54 (1.4/04, with both ABC and FOX), tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.1/03, with ABC) and adults 18-34 (0.7/02, with FOX). CBS posted its best delivery in children 2-11 and children 6-11 since December 17, 2010 (FROSTY THE SNOWMAN (R) (S)).

-- CBS's late running football from 7:00-7:55PM posted a 15.6/24 with 26.35m viewers, 10.0/23 in adults 25-54 and 8.8/23 in adults 18-49.

? 60 MINUTES (7:55-8:55PM) was first in households (10.5/15), viewers (16.98m), second in both adults 25-54 (5.1/11) and adults 18-49 (3.7/09). 60 MINUTES posted its best deliveries in these measures since October 30, 2011. Compared to last week, 60 MINUTES was up +14% in households (from 9.2/14), +28% in both adults 25-54 (from 4.0/09) and adults 18-49 (from 2.9/07) and added +2.51m viewers (from 14.47m, +17%).

? THE AMAZING RACE 19 (8:55-9:55PM) was second in households (6.0/09), viewers (10.15m), adults 25-54 (3.9/08) and adults 18-49 (2.9/06). Compared to last week, THE AMAZING RACE 19 was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.8/08) and +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/07).
