FOX Weekly Ratings - Network Tops the Week in Entertainment Programming, Wins Five of Seven Nights

FOX TOPS THE WEEK IN ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMMING, WINS FIVE OF SEVEN NIGHTS

FOX delivered another strong performance last week, ranking #1 with entertainment programming among Adults 18-49. In addition, FOX won five of seven nights last week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday - and had the highest-rated program in prime on four of those nights. Season to date, FOX is averaging a 3.3/9 among Adults 18-49.

Excluding sports, last week FOX had:

· 8 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL-Wed (No. 2), AMERICAN IDOL-Thurs (No. 3), GLEE (No. 5), NEW GIRL (No. 7), HOUSE (No. 11), ALCATRAZ (No. 13 tie), MOBBED (No. 13 tie) and THE FINDER (No. 20).

· 8 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: AMERICAN IDOL-Wed (No. 2), AMERICAN IDOL-Thurs (No. 4), NEW GIRL (No. 5), GLEE (No. 6), HOUSE (No. 9), ALCATRAZ (No. 15 tie), MOBBED (No. 15 tie) and RAISING HOPE (No. 15 tie).

FOX won Monday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers.

At 8pm, HOUSE delivered a 2.9/8 among Adults 18-49. HOUSE was the highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-34 and won the 8p hour in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Total Viewers.

ALCATRAZ followed with a 2.8/7 and ranked #1 in the 9p hour among Adults 18-49 (tie with The Bachelor).

TUESDAY

8:00-9:00 GLEE: (Adults 18-49: 3.7/10, 9.1 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Tuesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 8p the Michael Jackson-themed GLEE posted a 3.7/10, up +19% from its last original (3.1/8 on 1/17/12). GLEE drew its highest ratings in Adults 18-49 since 9/27/11 and its highest number of Total Viewers since its premiere on 9/20/11. In addition, GLEE was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and was #2 in Adults 18-34 behind only NEW GIRL.

NEW GIRL posted a 3.5/9, up +3% from its last original (3.4/9 on 1/17/12) and was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34 and #2 in Adults 18-49 behind only GLEE.

RAISING HOPE closed the night with a 2.0/5 and won its 9:30p half hour in Adults 18-34 and ranked #2 in Adults 18-49.

WEDNESDAY

8:00-9:01 AMERICAN IDOL: (Adults 18-49: 6.0/17, 18.5 Mil Total Viewers)

9:01-10:00 MOBBED (S): (Adults 18-49: 2.8/7, 7.9 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 4.4/12, 13.3 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Wednesday night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34 and Teens and outperformed its nearest competitor for the night by +132% in Adults 18-49 (4.4 vs. CBS' 1.9) and +64% in Total Viewers (13.3 vs. 8.1 Mil for CBS).

AMERICAN IDOL delivered 6.0/17 and was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

AMERICAN IDOL outperformed the combined four-net competition in the 8p hour by +7% among Adults 18-49 (6.0 vs. 5.6 for ABC/CBS/NBC/CW) and outperformed the combined three-net competition by +7% in Total Viewers (18.5 vs. 17.3 Mil for ABC/CBS/NBC).

Compared to the prior week, AMERICAN IDOL showed growth of +9% in Teens (4.8 vs. 4.4).

AMERICAN IDOL grew in its second half hour by +20% in Adults 18-49 (6.5 vs. 5.4) and +18% in Total Viewers (20.0 vs. 16.9 Mil.)

At 9p, an original MOBBED posted a 2.8/7, up +115% from its last telecast two weeks prior (1.3/3 on 1/11/12). MOBBED was the second-highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 behind only AMERICAN IDOL and won its 9pm hour in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

THURSDAY

8:00-9:00 AMERICAN IDOL: (Adults 18-49: 5.5/16, 17.4 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-10:00 THE FINDER: (Adults 18-49: 2.4/6, 6.9 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 4.0/11, 12.1 Mil Total Viewers)

On Thursday, FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens and outperformed the next highest network by +14% in Adults 18-49 (4.0 vs. 3.5 CBS) and +35% in Adults 18-34 (2.7 vs. 2.0 for both ABC and CBS).

At 8pm, AMERICAN IDOL posted a 5.5/16, in line with the previous Thursday's rating and up +2% among Total Viewers (17.4 vs. 17.1 Mil).

AMERICAN IDOL was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 (tie with Big Bang Theory), Total Viewers and Teens and outperformed its nearest competitor in the 8pm hour by +25% in Adults 18-49 (5.5 vs. 4.4 for CBS) and +26% in Total Viewers (17.4 vs. 13.8 Mil for CBS.)

Compared to its first half hour, AMERICAN IDOL grew +16% in both Adults 18-49 (5.9 vs. 5.1) and Total Viewers (18.7 vs. 16.1 Mil.)

At 9p new drama THE FINDER posted a 2.4/6, up +9% versus its prior season average in Adults 18-49 (2.4 vs. 2.2), and it delivered its second-highest ratings yet among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers.

FRIDAY

8:00-9:00 KITCHEN NIGHTMARES: (Adults 18-49: 1.6/5, 3.8 Mil Total Viewers)

On Friday, KITCHEN NIGHTMARES posted a 1.6/5 among Adults 18-49, up +14% vs. the previous week (1.4/4) and ranked #1 in the 8pm hour among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

FRINGE followed with a 1.2/4 and ranked fourth in the hour among Adults 18-49 and #2 among Adults 18-34 (tie).

FOX ranked third for the night among Adults 18-49 and first among Adults 18-34.
