Disney XD Delivers its Most-Watched Week in Prime in 7 Months in Total Viewers, Kids 6-14 and Tweens 9-14; Surges by Double-Digits Year to Year ~Is the Network's 2nd Most-Watched Week in More Than 1 Year in Total Viewers

Monday's All New "Kickin' It" is the Series' Most-Watched Telecast in 6 Months in Total Viewers and Kids 6-14 and in Nearly 7 Months in Boys 6-14

During the week of February 13, 2012, Disney XD delivered its most-watched week in Prime in 7 months in Total Viewers (469,000), Kids 6-14 (265,000) and Tweens 9-14 (174,000) - since week of 7/11/11 in Viewers and since week of 7/18/11 in the kid demos. Moreover, this was the network's 2nd-most-watched week in more than 1 year in Total Viewers.

· Year to year, Disney XD surged by double-digit percent margins across all demos, including by 57% in Total Viewers (469,000 vs. 298,000), by 54% in Kids 6-14 (265,000 vs. 172,000), by 51% in Kids 6-11 (207,000 vs. 137,000) and by 50% in Tweens 9-14 (174,000 vs. 116,000).

In Total Day, Disney XD recorded its largest weekly audience in Kids 6-14 (189,000) and Tweens 9-14 (129,000) in 6 months - since weeks of 8/15/11 and 8/8/11, respectively. Year to year, the network climbed by an impressive 36% in Kids 6-14 (vs. 139,000) and by 37% in Tweens 9-14 (vs. 94,000).

· Monday's all new "Kickin' It" (8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) ranked as the series' most-watched original telecast in 6 months in Total Viewers (734,000) and Kids 6-14 (515,000) - since 8/15/11 - and in close to 7 months in Boys 6-14 (293,000 - since 7/25/11).

Disney XD is a basic cable channel and multi-platform brand showcasing a compelling mix of live-action and animated programming for Kids age 6-14, hyper-targeting boys and their quest for discovery, accomplishment, sports, adventure and humor.
