Disney XD Delivers its #2 Month Ever in Prime in Total Viewers, Kids 2-11, Kids 6-14, and Tweens 9-14, and its Biggest February Ever in Total Day ~Cable's Growth Leader, with 38 Months of Year-to-Year Gains in Prime in Kids 6-11 ~Tops Nicktoons in All Kid Demos, Including by Double in Total Day in Kids 6-11

All New "Kickin' It" is the Series' Most-Watched Telecast in 6 Months in Total Viewers and Kids 6-14, and in Nearly 7 Months in Boys 6-14

February 2012 - Prime

February 2012 was Disney XD's most-watched February ever in Prime across all demos, becoming its 2nd-most-watched month overall in Total Viewers (416,000), Kids 2-11 (242,000), Kids 6-14 (244,000), Tweens 9-14 (163,000) and Boys 9-14 (100,000), and its #3 month ever in Kids 6-11 (191,000).

An original "Kickin' It" on February 13 (8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) ranked as the series' most-watched original telecast in 6 months in Total Viewers (734,000) and Kids 6-14 (515,000) - since 8/15/11 - and in close to 7 months in Boys 6-14 (293,000 - since 7/25/11).

· Disney XD has grown its Prime audience year to year for 38 consecutive months in Kids 6-11 - the longest streak of its kind among all kid networks.

· Disney XD easily defeated Nicktoons, exceeding the key competitor across all key demos: by 29% in Kids 2-11 (242,000 vs. 188,000), by 53% in Kids 6-14 (244,000 vs. 159,000), by 24% in Boys 6-14 (146,000 vs. 118,000), by 58% in Kids 6-11 (191,000 vs. 121,000), by 26% in Boys 6-11 (112,000 vs. 89,000), by 60% in Tweens 9-14 (163,000 vs. 102,000) and by 30% in Boys 9-14 (100,000 vs. 77,000).

· Year over year, Disney XD was cable TV's growth leader among kid networks in Total Viewers (+32% - 416,000 vs. 316,000), Kids 6-14 (+36% - 244,000 vs. 180,000), Kids 6-11 (+32% - 191,000 vs. 145,000), Tweens 9-14 (+42% - 163,000 vs. 115,000) and Boys 9-14 (+30% - 100,000 vs. 77,000).

February 2012 - Total Day

During February 2012, Disney XD delivered its most-watched February in the network's history in Total Day (includes its 10 years as Toon Disney) in Total Viewers (317,000) and across all key kid targets, including Kids 2-11 (181,000), Kids 6-14 (176,000), Kids 6-11 (138,000) and Tweens 9-14 (118,000).

· Disney XD more than doubled Nicktoons in Total Day in Kids 6-11 (106% - 138,000 vs. 67,000), nearly doubled in Kids 6-14 (98% - 176,000 vs. 89,000) and Tweens 9-14 (97% - 118,000 vs. 60,000), and held a substantial double-digit percent margin across all other target demos, including by 71% in Total Viewers (317,000 vs. 185,000) and by 73% in Kids 2-11 (182,000 vs. 105,000).

· Disney XD exceeded year-ago averages among key demos, including Kids 6-14 (+19% - 176,000 vs. 148,000), Kids 6-11 (+15% - 138,000 vs. 120,000) and Tweens 9-14 (+26% - 118,000 vs. 94,000).
