The season finales of NCIS and NCIS: LOS ANGELES led CBS to a Tuesday win in viewers and key demographics, including its best adult 18-49 delivery on the night since January, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 15.
The season finale of NCIS was first in households (11.8/19), viewers (18.70m), adults 25-54 (4.9/13) and adults 18-49 (3.5/11). NCIS posted its best deliveries in both households and viewers since March 20, 2012, and its best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since March 27, 2012. NCIS was Tuesday's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
The two-hour season finale of NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in households (9.6/15), viewers (15.12m), adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08).
For the night, CBS was first in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.32m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09). CBS posted its best Tuesday deliveries in viewers since Feb. 7, 2012, since Feb. 14, 2012 in adults 25-54 and Jan. 10, 2012 in adults 18-49. CBS finales won both Monday and Tuesday this week in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
