BECOMING FASTEST GROWING CABLE NETWORK AMONG WOMEN 18-34

LOS ANGELES -- May 31, 2012 - Continuing to hyper-serve its key demographic of women 18-49, Style Media delivered its best May ever among all key demos, up +38% in W18-34, +16% in W18-49 and up +W18-34 and is up an impressive +72% in Primetime year-over-year. Additionally, the network saw its youngest May in history at the median age of 36, down six years year-over-year.

Style's original series continue to resonate with viewers driving the double-digit increases across all key demos. The fifth season of "Giuliana & Bill" on Tuesday nights is delivering the series' most watched season ever, averaging a half a million Total Viewers and 236,000 W18-49 while delivering triple digit gains across all key demos.The season finale of "Giuliana & Bill" airs Tuesday, June 5 at 8pm ET/PT. The fourth season of "Jerseylicious" remains appointment-viewing television for its fans, more than tripling the network's Primetime average among W18-49 (217,000).

The Style Network averaged 160,000 total viewers in Primetime, up +11% and was driven by its core W18-49 (71,000) and W18-34 (40,000) audience, year-over-year.
