CBS Weekly Ratings - "Big Bang," "Big Brother" Lead Network to Big Weekly Win in Viewers

"BIG BANG," "BIG BROTHER" LEAD CBS TO BIG WEEKLY WIN IN VIEWERS

A Special Rebroadcast of "The Big Bang Theory" is the #1 Scripted Program in Viewers and Adults 18-49

Thursday and Sunday Editions of "Big Brother" Place Among the Top 10 in Adults 18-49

CBS won the week in viewers, led by a special rebroadcast of THE BIG BANG THEORY and the first two editions of BIG BROTHER, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending July 15.

THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL (R) (S) was the week's top scripted series in viewers and adults 18-49. Also among the top 10 in viewers were NCIS (R), THE BIG BANG THEORY (R), 60 MINUTES, BIG BROTHER 14 THURSDAY (P) and NCIS: LOS ANGELES (R). BIG BROTHER SUNDAY (P) finished at #11.

The summer premiere of BIG BROTHER THURSDAY (P) swept its time slot in viewers and key demos, while BIG BROTHER SUNDAY (P) was a time period winner in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. Both programs finished in the top 10 among adults 18-49.

For the week in viewers: CBS (5.45m), FOX (4.94m), ABC (4.49m) and NBC (4.41m).

For the week in key demographic, CBS averaged 1.5/04 in adults 25-54 and 1.1/04 in adults 18-49.

For the week in households: CBS (3.6/06), FOX (3.0/05), ABC (2.9/05) and NBC (2.8/05).

? THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) (8:00-8:31 PM) was first in households (5.1/09), viewers (7.99m), adults 25-54 (3.0/10) and adults 18-49 (2.3/08).

? THE BIG BANG THEORY 8:30 PM SPECIAL (R) (S) (8:31-9:00 PM) was first in households (5.6/10), viewers (9.03m), adults 25-54 (3.6/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09).

? BIG BROTHER 14 THURSDAY (P) was first in households (4.4/08), viewers (7.18m), adults 25-54 (3.2/09), adults 18-49 (2.6/08) and adults 18-34 (1.9/07). BIG BROTHER 14 THURSDAY posted its second-best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 premiere episode deliveries since February 2008.

? BIG BROTHER 14 SUNDAY (P) (8:00-9:01 PM) was first in viewers (6.21m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07), adults 18-49 (2.3/07), tied for first in households (3.8/07, with NBC) and was second in adults 18-34 (1.7/06).
