NBC NEWS TOPS ALL TELEVISION NETWORKS FOR INAUGURATION COVERAGE
JANUARY 22, 2013 -- NBC News, America's leading news organization, was the most-watched broadcast or cable television network for coverage of the 2013 Presidential Inauguration.
According to Nielsen Media Research, the 10am - 4:30pm ET broadcast anchored by Brian Williams drew an average of 5.081 million viewers and 1.652 million viewers aged 25-54.

HIGHLIGHTS:
NBC was #1 in total viewers and all key demos among the broadcast networks.
NBC averaged 5.081 million total viewers, +38% (+1,410,000) more than CBS's 3.671 million and +30% (+1,159,000) more than ABC's 3.922 million (10am - 4:35pm ET).
In homes, NBC delivered a 3.4 rating and 8 share, topping CBS' 2.6/6 and ABC's 2.8/7.
In A18-49, NBC averaged a 1.2 rating, beating both CBS and ABC by +50% (+4 tenths).
In A25-54, NBC averaged a 1.4 rating, +27% (+3 tenths) ahead of ABC and +45% (+4 tenths) ahead of CBS
NBC averaged 1.652 million viewers A25-54, ahead of ABC's 1.290 million and CBS' 1.133 million.
Versus 2005, NBC was up +20% (+847,000) in total viewers, +33% (+3 tenths) in A18-49 and +27% (+3 tenths) in A25-54.
