Live + 3 Day Ratings: ABC's "Once" Emerges as Sunday's #1 Entertainment Series with a 3.6 in Adults 18-49

Live + 3 Day Ratings for Sunday, 10/6/13:

Based on Nielsen's Live + 3 Day playback data for Sunday, ABC's Once Upon a Time grew to a 3.6 rating to emerge as Sunday's #1 entertainment series in Adults 18-49, moving ahead of Fox's The Simpsons to lead by 6% in the L+3 numbers (3.6 vs. 3.4). Standing as the night's biggest gainer in L+3 (+1.0 Adult 18-49 rating points), Once Upon a Time gained more in week 2 than week 1 among young adults (+0.9 rating points) after 3 days of playback. In addition, the ABC drama grew by nearly 2 million viewers (+1.9 million) over its L+SD tally, building to 9.9 million Total Viewers in L+3 (from 8.0 million in L+SD).

ABC's Revenge also saw bigger TV playback gains among Adults 18-49 in its second episode. Week 2 of the ABC drama shot up by 47% (versus +43% for its week-ago premiere) to a 2.8 rating among Adults 18-49 in the L+3 numbers. Gaining another 2.2 million viewers, Revenge grew to 9.0 million Total Viewers after 3 days of playback from 6.8 million in the first reported L+SD numbers.

ABC's Betrayal soared 45% over its L+SD Adult 18-49 rating (1.1 to 1.6), which was the 2nd-highest percentage jump for any broadcast, behind only Revenge. In addition, Betrayal's increase this week (+45%) was considerably higher than the 33% build for its premiere telecast. Betrayal grew to 5.2 million Total Viewers after 3 days of playback (+1.3 million).
