During the week of November 25, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" hit season highs, growing week to week by 11% in Households (3.1 rating vs. 2.8 rating), 12% in Total Viewers (4.199 million vs. 3.737 million) and 6% in Women 25-54 (1.8 rating vs. 1.7 rating). In fact, this week marked "LIVE's" strongest week in 2 years in all three Nielsen measures - since w/o 11/21/11 (which was Kelly's first week as a solo host).

"LIVE" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households and Total Viewers (3.1 rating and 4.199 million), beating "Ellen" (3.0 rating and 4.137 million) despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. "LIVE" also stood as the No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (tied with "Dr. Phil").

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago week (w/o 11/26/12) for the 3rd week in a row, up by double digits year over year in Households (+19%), Total Viewers (+23%) and Women 25-54 (+20%).

· Wednesday's telecast on Thanksgiving Eve (on 11/27/13) was "LIVE's" 2nd best this season for any single telecast in Households (3.2 rating) and Total Viewers (4.324 million), behind only the show's Halloween episode on 10/31/13.

During the 2013 November sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted gains over the year-ago November sweep of 7% in Households (2.9 rating vs. 2.7 rating), 12% in Total Viewers (3.888 million vs. 3.485 million) and 6% in Women 25-54 (1.7 rating vs. 1.6 rating). In fact, "LIVE" is up year over year for the 3rd straight sweep in all three Nielsen measures to deliver its strongest performance in any sweep period in 2 years - since November 2011.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (2.8 rating), topping "Ellen" by 4% (2.7 rating).

· "LIVE" is up through the same 13 weeks last season by 8% in Households (2.8 rating vs. 2.6 rating) and by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to its deliver its strongest performance through this point in a season in 6 years - since the 2007-08 season. In addition, "LIVE" is growing its overall audience year over year by 7% in Total Viewers (3.626 million vs. 3.369 million). The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.
