FOX WRAPS THE FALL WITH +9% INCREASE IN VIEWERSHIP

FOX NFL SUNDAY Ranks As Television's No. 1 Program of Week

Network Ranks No. 1 for the Week Among Adults 18-34 and Teens

As the fall season comes to a close, FOX is up +9% among Total Viewers and up +4% among Adults 18-49. FOX's week was propelled by originals of SLEEPY HOLLOW, ALMOST HUMAN, THE X FACTOR and GLEE, as well as the 4th annual AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS, and led the network to a first-place finish among Adults 18-34 and Teens. In addition, FOX NFL SUNDAY won the week outright across all of television among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers.

FOX had:

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: FOX NFL SUNDAY GAME (No. 1), THE SIMPSONS (No. 4), FAMILY GUY (No. 10), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 16 tie) and AMERICAN DAD (No. 16 tie).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FOX NFL SUNDAY GAME (No. 1), THE SIMPSONS (No. 4), FAMILY GUY (No. 6), AMERICAN DAD (No. 9) and BOB'S BURGERS (No. 11).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: FOX NFL SUNDAY GAME (No. 1), FAMILY GUY (No. 3 tie), THE SIMPSONS (No. 3 tie), AMERICAN DAD (No. 7) and BOB'S BURGERS (No. 11).

· 1 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: FOX NFL SUNDAY GAME (No. 1).

FOX Program Ratings of the Week

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: FOX (2.0/5) placed No. 2 in Monday prime among Adults 18-49 and gained +54% from the previous week with an original lineup. ALMOST HUMAN was up +6% week to week (1.8/5 vs. 1.7/5), followed by an original SLEEPY HOLLOW (2.2/6), which was on par with its most recent original telecast two weeks prior. SLEEPY HOLLOW was the No. 1 broadcast program in its 9pm hour among Men 18-49 (2.1/6) and Men 25-54 (2.6/6).

Tuesday: FOX aired the 4TH ANNUAL AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS special. The AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS posted a 1.4/4, flat with its performance last year, and gave FOX a fourth place finish in the core adult demo.

Wednesday: With the Top 4 acts performing, THE X FACTOR WEDNESDAY delivered a 1.4/4 rating in Adults 18-49.

Thursday: One of the Top 4 acts was voted off on Thursday's THE X FACTOR, delivering a 1.2/4 rating in Adults 18-49. At 9pm, an encore GLEE posted a 0.7/2.

Friday: Friday's RAISING HOPE block posted a 0.7/2 at 9pm and a 0.6/2 at 9:30pm, while its encore BONES lead-in delivered a 0.8/3 in Adults 18-49.

Saturday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49 (1.2/4) with FOX UFC SATURDAY.

Sunday: Averaging a 4.9/13, FOX ranked No. 1 among the broadcast nets in Sunday prime among Adults 18-49 with a combination of an NFL overrun, The O.T. and original animated comedies. Versus the previous week's telecasts, each of the animated comedies posted increases: THE SIMPSONS (3.5/9, up +13%), BOB'S BURGERS (2.4/6, up +14%), FAMILY GUY (3.0/8, up +11%) and AMERICAN DAD (2.4/6, up +14%) and achieved their highest Adults 18-49 ratings in almost a year:
