CBS Tuesday Nearly Doubles the Audience of Its Closest Competitor; Sweeps Night in Viewers and Key Demographics

CBS TUESDAY NEARLY DOUBLES THE AUDIENCE OF ITS CLOSEST COMPETITOR; SWEEPS NIGHT IN VIEWERS AND KEY DEMOGRAPHICS

"NCIS: Los Angeles" and "Person of Interest" Win Time Periods in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

"NCIS" is Night's Most-Watched Program; "NCIS: Los Angeles" is Top Scripted Program in Adults 18-49

CBS won Tuesday in viewers and key demographics, nearly doubling its nearest competitor in viewers, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 1.

At 8:00 PM, NCIS was first in viewers (16.84m) and second in adults 25-54 (3.5/10) and adults 18-49 (2.3/08). NCIS was the night's top program in viewers.

At 9:00 PM, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in viewers (15.16m), adults 25-54 (3.4/07) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). NCIS: LOS ANGELES was the night's top scripted program in adults 18-49.

At 10:00 PM, PERSON OF INTEREST was first in viewers (11.50m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (1.9/06).

For the night, CBS was first in viewers (14.50m, +90% ahead of nearest competitor NBC), adults 25-54 (3.2/09) and adults 18-49 (2.2/07).
