JIMMY FALLON AND SETH MEYERS SCORE DECISIVE WINS IN LATE-NIGHT RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 12-16

Fallon Out-Rates the ABC-CBS Competition Combined in 18-49; Meyers Tops Kimmel and Letterman Despite Starting an Hour Later

NEW YORK - May 22, 2014 - "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" delivered week-to-week gains during the week of May 12-16, growing +10% in both adults 18-49 (to a 1.14 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49 vs. the prior week's 1.04/5) and total viewers (3.6 million vs. 3.3 million). Versus "Tonight" results for the same week last year, Fallon was up +28% in 18-49 (to a 1.14 rating from a 0.89).

For the week, Fallon topped the combined competition of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (0.55/2, including encores on Monday and Tuesday) and CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" (0.55/2).

At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (0.57/4 in 18-49) was also up week to week, growing +2% versus the prior week's 0.56 in 18-49, while also increasing by +5% week to week in total viewers (1.611 million vs. 1.533 million).

With his 0.57 in 18-49, Meyers out-rated ABC's Kimmel and CBS's Letterman (0.55 each), despite starting an hour later.

At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call with Carson Daly" grew week to week by +3% in 18-49 (to a 0.33 from a 0.32) and +7% in total viewers (904,000 vs. 844,000).
