NBC tied for #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and won the night outright among those nets in total viewers with the #1 show of the night in total viewers, "America's Got Talent."
· "America's Got Talent" (1.8/6 in 18-49, 9.7 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET) ranks as the #1 show of the night in total viewers. "Talent" built by +64% on its lead-in from an 8 p.m. encore in 18-49 and by +67% or 3.9 million persons in total viewers
· "Talent" won its time period in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers -- among the Big 4 nets.
· "Taxi Brooklyn" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) matched last week's 18-49 rating (0.9 vs. 0.9), pending updates, to finish within 0.1 of "Extant" and the time-period lead among ABC, CBS and NBC. "Taxi Brooklyn" is currently #1 in the hour among those nets in men 18-34 and women 18-34 and beats ABC's original "Motive" in the slot in every key measure, pending updates.
· Versus "Camp" in this time period on the same night last year, "Taxi Brooklyn" is even in 18-49 (0.9 vs. a 0.9) and up +53% or 1.8 million persons in total viewers (5.204 million vs. 3.406 million).
· An encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) matched last week's result in this time period in 18-49 rating (1.1 vs. 1.1). The 8 p.m. "Talent" encore ranked #2 in the time period among the Big 4 in total viewers and tied for #2 in 18-49.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/8; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.1/1 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
