All Four Chrisley Telecasts Deliver a Combined Total of 5.6 Million Viewers
Season Two Opener Scores Double Digit Increases Over First Season Premiere Across All Key Demos and Total Viewers
NEW YORK - October 15, 2014 -The Patriarch of Perfection is back in full force! USA Network's buzzy, breakout original reality series, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST scored its highest ratings to-date in all key demos and total viewers for the season two opener. All 4 telecasts, including both original and encore episodes, delivered a combined audience of 5.6 million viewers.
In the 10pm half hour, Chrisley scored 906,000 P18-49 (+34% over S1 premiere) and 880,000 P25-54 (+54% over S1 premiere) and delivered 1.6 million total viewers P2+(+49% over S1 premiere). Leading into the second episode, Chrisley retained almost 100% of its audience. At 10:30, Chrisley averaged 866,000 18-49 (+44% over S1 premiere), 864,000 25-54 (+69% over S1 premiere) and 1.6 million viewers (+71% over S1 premiere).
Season two kicked off with Todd transforming into "Mr. Mom" and taking over some of the household duties, wife Julie returning to the work force and teenage daughter Savannah going on her first official date, which her grandmother Faye had to tag along to chaperone. Next week, two new back-to-back episodes on Tuesday, October 21st at 10/9c treat viewers to a memorable Father's Day, which does not exactly go Todd's way, and the move of the century -- when Todd and Julie decide that it's time to downsize, now that their kids are getting older. Todd's controlling ways are heightened with every box that is taped up, driving the family to a new level of crazy.
USA has scheduled a Chrisley marathon for Sunday October 26 from 9am - 4pm, including all of season one as well as the first 4 episodes of season two.
