"THE TONIGHT SHOW" DOMINATES TIMESLOT COMPETITION, WINNING ALL KEY RATINGS CATEGORIES FOR WEEK OF NOV. 3-7

'Late Night,' 'Last Call' Also Score Well, Hitting Five-Week Highs in 18-49, Total Viewers

NEW YORK - Nov. 13, 2014 - "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has delivered a decisive victory in late-night ratings for the week of Nov. 3-7 winning all five nights versus the time period's ABC and CBS competition in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.

Fallon beat ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" for the week in every key ratings category - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. Fallon's 0.98 rating for the week in adults 18-49 generated a +34% advantage over Kimmel (0.73) and a +100% margin over Letterman (0.49).

At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" topped CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" in adults 18-49 (with a 0.52 rating vs. a 0.49) despite starting an hour later.

Both "Late Night" (0.52 in 18-49, 1.563 million viewers overall) and "Last Call with Carson Daly" (0.33 in 18-49, 901,000 viewers overall) hit five-week highs in 18-49 and total viewers, with their best averages since the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 3. "Last Call" outrated CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (0.31) despite starting an hour later.

Note that all late-night shows on the broadcast networks, except "Tonight," excluded their Tuesday results due to Election Night disruptions, and Kimmel, Meyers and Daly aired encores on Friday night.
