NICKELODEON TOPS BASIC CABLE WITH KIDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS
Net's Top Shows for the Week Include SpongeBob SquarePants, Henry Danger and Nicky Ricky, Dicky and Dawn
NEW YORK - Nov. 25, 2014 - Nickelodeon closed the fourth week of November (11/17/14-11/23/14) as the top basic cable network in total day with Kids 2-11 (2.2/670K) and total viewers (1.3M), scoring its sixth consecutive weekly win.
SpongeBob SquarePants was the network's top series for the week with Kids 2-11, averaging a (4.6/1.4M). It was followed in that category by live-action hits Henry Danger (3.9/1.2M) and Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn (3.7/1.1M), respectively. With Kids 6-11, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn was the net's number-one program landing a 5.3/990K average, while Henry Danger (5.3/989K) was second for the week.
Additionally, PAW Patrol (6.5/771K) led Nickelodeon's preschool slate, with Wallykazam! (4.2/507K) following.
Nickelodeon's niche network, Nicktoons, posted double-digit year-over-year increases with its core demo, posting gains with Kids 6-11 (0.6/79K, +50%), Boys 6-11 (0.9/59K, +50%) and P2+ (243K, +54%).
