"Saints & Sinners" Posts Most-Watched Episode of Season Two, April 2 Premiere Telecast Delivers Nearly Half-a-Million Households

ATLANTA (April 5, 2017) - The fifth installment of the hit Bounce drama Saints & Sinners has become the most-watched episode of the show's second season.

The 9:00 pm premiere telecast of Saints & Sinners episode #205 on Sunday, April 2 delivered 447K Households, the most for a single episode this season. It was also the highest-rated season two telecast to-date among Bounce's target audience of African Americans delivering 404K AA HHs and 93K AA Persons 18-34.

Saints & Sinners helped Bounce finish in top five in the delivery of African Americans 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 as well as in AA Households and Total AA Viewers beating BET, OWN, TV1, TNT, TBS, USA and more than 90 ad-supported cable networks on Sunday night (9-10 p.m.)

Season two of Saints & Sinners brings viewers back to Cypress, Georgia, the sleepy southern town outside Atlanta which has been rocked by the murders of a beloved pastor and the town's Mayor. Death's shadow continues to loom over the town's epicenter, Greater Hope Baptist Church, as a dead body is discovered on its grounds, bringing up the church's sordid past along with it. As concealed secrets claw their way to the surface, new alliances are formed and deceit, jealousy and compromising sexual affairs threaten to shatter lives and demolish the heart of the church and the town forever. As everyone's dark past comes to light, the difference between being a saint or a sinner becomes more distorted than ever.

Saints & Sinners is produced in partnership with Swirl Film's Eric Tomosunas (Undershepard, 35 and Ticking). Click here to visit the Saints & Sinners press site.
